In recent years, GCL has been putting 3% of its annual turnover in scientific and technological research and development and has acquired nearly 3,000 patents for its inventions and intellectual property rights. Up to now, GCL Group has made technological R&D and innovation in polysilicon ingots and monocrystalline silicon, wafer slicing, battery modules, system integration, energy networking and other fields. GCL has filled the domestic gap in terms of semiconductor grade materials, CVD reduction furnace, silane gas, energy wall and other technologies and reached the world's leading position. The silane fluidized bed FBR method has further reduced the cost of polysilicon production.
